About Us
Write to Thrive is a reflective and creative writing-based enterprise, started by Lucy Flood and Matt Daly. We create writing-based experiences and activities for professional communities and diverse audiences of individuals. Our work is grounded in current research regarding the benefits of writing for mental, physical and emotional wellness, as well as for engagement and productivity. Our writing-based experiences help people and teams reflect, connect, build community, understand their values, and become more resilient, focused, whole, creative and compassionate. We love seeing the positive transformations that happen when people we work with take time to reflect and write together and on their own.
WORKSHOP SERIES FOR GROUPS OR INDIVIDUALS
Our Workshop Series allow individuals to begin or recharge a personal writing practice. Organizations that offer programs to their members can also partner with us to offer an Invitation Series to a diverse membership list.
PROFESSIONAL SERIES FOR EXISTING GROUPS OR TEAMS
Our Professional Series focus on professional teams with a shared interest in using writing to increase collaboration, connection, community, wellbeing, creative insights and productivity in the workplace. We work with team leaders to tailor writing practices for each team’s particular needs.

An Interactive Journal to Help you Face Challenges and Thrive
We are thrilled to have published Emerge, our first guided journal, which contains creative and reflective writing practices designed to help you be more mindful, compassionate, and resilient in the face of challenge.
Our Write to Thrive programming is currently grounded in this journal, which contains eleven writing invitations we have crafted during the course of multiple workshops. These invitations allow for deep reflection and creative engagement. We’ve designed this journal to help anyone emerging from a challenging time in their life to navigate the process of transformation in a wholehearted, authentic way.
